Mentoring is a privilege and a responsibility. NET ensures every mentoring relationship is safe, clear, and fruitful for both mentor and student.

Register your interest and tell NET about your background, availability, and the kind of mentoring you can offer.

Orient
Complete a short orientation on NET values, safeguarding boundaries, and what to expect in a mentoring relationship.

Match
NET connects you with a current student based on your experience, location, and availability. The first meeting is facilitated by NET.

Review
NET checks in periodically. Either person can request a rematch or stop at any time. Your safety and the student wellbeing come first.
