OUR PROGRAMME

How NET helps people live the Word and join the mission.

Six programme areas, one shared mission — from morning devotions to global missions.

Missions

Missions is where the movement goes. Outreach happens regularly in student units and cell groups, and the whole movement comes together for global missions each year.

  • In student units and cell groups
  • Global missions annually

Led by the Missions Secretary of the National Executive Committee, who keeps the record of every outreach mission, shares timely updates with all members, and advises regional and unit mission coordinators on planning.

Welfare Ministry

Welfare Ministry is the movement’s ministry of care — practical help and support for students, leaders and families when needs arise. It is how the community looks after its own, with generosity and compassion.

Led by the Welfare Coordinator of the National Executive Committee, working with local welfare coordinators across all NET platforms under the welfare policy. Staff welfare is handled by the NCC.

Prayer Ministry

Prayer Ministry carries the prayer life of the movement. From the prayer docket at the Global Office to prayer gatherings on campus, the movement prays first — for students, leaders, missions and one another.

  • Prayer docket at the Global Office
  • Prayer gatherings on campus

Led by the Prayer Secretary of the National Executive Committee, who mobilises members to pray for the whole society and chairs the committee of unit and regional prayer coordinators.

Children & Teens

Children & Teens makes space for the younger generation in the movement — a place where children and teenagers are taught the Word, gathered in fellowship, and encouraged to grow in faith.

Led by the Children and Teens Coordinator, who keeps the register of junior members, coordinates activities at cell group, regional and global level, and works with the Missions Secretary on school ministry.

Units Outreach Ministry

Units Outreach Ministry takes the mission beyond the meeting. Teams from student units and cell groups reach campuses and communities with the gospel through presence, invitation and outreach.

Each unit organises and undertakes its own outreach missions and mobilises members for activities at unit, regional and national level — led by the officials its members elect.
